Priority Retained Support

£35 per hour

Retained support is designed for membership organisations and established service-based businesses requiring consistent, reliable assistance each month.

Support is provided in structured monthly blocks of time, allowing for consistent delivery and priority scheduling.
All retainers are invoiced on a four-weekly basis.

You receive agreed monthly hours, priority scheduling and clear scope of work, ensuring continuity and predictable delivery. This structured arrangement allows us to plan effectively and maintain consistent standards.

Fees are paid monthly in advance and invoiced on a 4-weekly basis.

Retainers start at five hours per month and can be increased to suit your requirements.

Project Based Support

£45 per hour

Project-based support is available for one-off tasks or short-term requirements, including audio typing and transcription projects.

Availability for project work depends on current retained client commitments, and timescales cannot always be guaranteed.

Email Marketing Packages

Package G1: From £120* – Setting up and sending one individual email per month using client content
Package G2: From £240* – Setting up and sending up to 2 individual emails per month using client content.

Both Packages Include:
– Email marketing schedule to download
– Send out each email twice to increase the open rate
– List management – monitor and manage unsubscribes, import/add new contracts, add tags, segments and groups
– Content provided by client
– Reporting
