I’m Sam Johnstone, founder of S.A.M Ltd.
Based in Gloucestershire, with roots in Snowdonia, I run S.A.M. Ltd — a structured virtual assistant service supporting membership organisations and service-based businesses across the UK.
I work alongside a small, trusted team to deliver accurate minute taking, reliable business support and specialist audio typing. We value clear communication, professional standards and doing the job properly, without fuss or unnecessary complexity.
I believe good support should take pressure off, not add to it. We work calmly and efficiently behind the scenes so you can focus on your clients, your members and the work that really matters.
Outside of work, I sing with Rock Choir, enjoy a good pub quiz and spend as much time as I can outdoors — especially by the sea.
